the painting was done alla prima on canvas panel 6x6 inches. I was thinking about doing a painting with pomegranate in chiaroscuro style today and then decided to paint one more 6x6 painting to add to the series with sky blue background first. So, here it is, a lovely bright red pomegranate “Wonderful” shining against the clear skies. Please enjoy the painting and the rest of the weekend!~
