Daily painting – Lime with leaf.
The painting was done alla prima on canvas panel 6x6 inches.
I have done so many 6x6 single subject paintings of fruit that sometimes I think I am running out of ideas, that I painted all fruit available at the local markets :). but of course not, there are so many beautiful apples, pears, lemons and plums ( you name it!)of different colors and shapes...and every time I paint , I am thinking how amazing it is to discover and introduce the viewer to so many colors in one apple or a lime, which can look "just red" or "just green". ..:) have a wonderful day, everyone and thank you all !
