a new still life to brighten up your kitchen wall :)! a colorful red beet with a bright , light green leaf. I bought a bunch of beautiful organic red beets to make the famous Russian borsch ( yum!) and the idea was to paint it first and then cut to cook. painted from life, you can see from the picture below how beautiful my prop was :) just placed it in the daylight to capture this amazing burgundy red color.
